5. Typographical Errors in Relation to Pricing
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical
error or error in the pricing information received from our vendors, Wushu
Central, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
that product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already
been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately
credit your credit card account the incorrect price charged. Individual bank
policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are
not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with
ShopWushu.com's Return Policy.

6. Order policy

7. Accepted Payments and Our Credit Card Policy
We accept major Credit/Debit Cards, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and
Gift Certificates as valid methods of payment. Generally, credit and debit card
are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store
availability (at which time you will be charged only for the goods we have
actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes or shipping charges).
However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card
issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your
available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more

If you ordered a special delivery item, you will be charged once a delivery
time is confirmed. For digitally delivered orders, your credit or debit card
will be charged at the time that you purchase the product.
Payment online:

Payment offline (telephone, fax, mail):

982-9980. We endeavor to process phone and fax orders within 30 minutes of
receiving the order. During peak periods this processing time may vary.
Gift certificates:
You will be given an opportunity to select "Gift Certificate" as your
preferred payment method during the checkout process. Should your order be less
than that of the gift certificate, your account will be credited with the
difference. Should your order be more than the gift certificate amount, you
will be required to make up the difference.
