Chen-style Tajii Double Swords and 13-form Cudgel #16235

This routine of Chen-style Taiji Double Swords contains 39 movements. In this form, twin straight swords are wielded smoothly and continuously like runnning water or flying clouds. When in movement, the practitioner is like a dancing butterfly, and when crouching resembles a tiger ready to pounce. The form brings out the essence and flavor of Chen-style Taiji with strength in softness and alternating fast and slow rhythms. Chen-style Taiji 13-form Cudgel (Staff) uses a 3 meter long staff, and consists of 13 movements. This form requires strong Taiji basics, and is also known as the 13-form Big Spear if a spear head is attached to the end of the staff.
