This DVD is taught in two segments. The first covers the 18 Arhat Chi Kung exercises used to develop and focus internal energy. A very unique aspect of these exercises is the use of a large ball to aid the path and focus of the movements. The second segment covers partner practice similar to that of Push Hands and Chin Na. Students pair off and work through a series of partner applications using internal energy and the principles of Choy Li Fut. Master Cheng Yong Fa is the head instructor of the International Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu Academy. He is the 5th direct descendant of Choy Lay Fut's original founder, Chan Heung.
