In case you have received any defective items from us, please
notify us immediately upon receipt of the relevant item. We will definitely
bear the responsibility to accept your return according to our Return and
Refund Policy.

1. Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please tell us the
Order Number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery at info@shopwushu.com
to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or
disregarded.
If we authorize a return, we will provide the customer with a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the
returning items to us. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely
packaged and wrapped.
After we received the product, we will examine and test the
defective item(s). If the defect you described is found, we will ship you a
replacement of the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be
shipped back to you.
We will also be responsible for the shipping cost (for regular UPS
Ground shipment ONLY) by issuing a coupon or ShopWushu credit to your account.
Please be reminded that we will ONLY bear your returning shipping
cost if the package is returned by UPS Ground shipment. All other means of
returns such as registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be
entertained.
If the package was returned by any means other than UPS Ground,
ShopWushu.com reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund with
reference to the cost of a regular UPS Ground return. Please note that for all
returning products, we will verify their conditions before sending out a
replacement or a refund. As a result, any defective reports on a replacement
shipment will not be entertained.
It generally takes about 2-3 weeks to process a domestic return
(The processing time for Canadian orders is expected to be a bit longer). We
recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier. We will not
reimburse for Overnight Shipping or Next Day Air and we are not responsible for
lost returns.

2. Unopened, in
Original Packing and in Good Condition
You may choose to return any unopened items that are in their
original packing and in good condition. ShopWushu.com is not responsible for
the shipping cost. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@shopwushu.com
to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or
disregarded.

Customers returning an unopened item that is in its original
packing and in good condition will receive a full refund as ShopWushu credit on
the item's price. However, shipping and handling charge of the order will not
be refunded. Please note that for all returning products, we will verify their
conditions before sending out a refund.
If the order was not originally shipped under a Free Shipping
Offer, ShopWushu.com will provide a refund equal to the price of the returned
item. However, if your original shipment enjoyed free shipment (under a Free
Shipping Offer) and the aggregate value of the original shipment falls below
the minimum floor required under the relevant Free Shipping Offer, when the
item is returned, refund proceeds will not equal the price of the item. As,
under such circumstances, the offer would not ordinarily have enjoyed Free
Shipping, the appropriate shipping charges will then be deducted from the
refund proceeds and the remaining balance will be posted to your ShopWushu
account.
