The Real Chinese Traditional Shao Lin Kung Fu

This second series of forms which originate from the Shaolin Temple contain many interesting and popular styles. Included in this series are a number of very advanced forms such as the 3-section staff and the Shaolin Tiger-style boxing. Through this collection of instructional DVD videos named "The Real Chinese Traditional Shao Lin Kung Fu", you can learn the many different forms within the authentic Shaolin system.

Each individual video covers a specific form, weapon, or style of the Shaolin system. They can be studied individually, and it is not required to learn them in any particular order. Master Shi Deci, president of the Shaolin Quan research association in Beijing, provides excellent step-by-step instruction on mastering each form. This series is also one of the best ways of learning true traditional Shaolin Kung fu as it is taught in China.
